HR Advisors provides flexible customized human resources consultation and training for small and mid-sized companies. HR Advisors is equipped to provide service to all industries including manufacturing, service and retail. Our goal is to help you efficiently and effectively manage HR issues so you can focus on your core business. HR Advisors can provide focused assistance for established HR departments or basic service for those companies who do not currently have a formal HR program.

Wesley Pruett

Wes Pruett has provided senior level Human Resources leadership for more than twenty-five years. Most recently he retired from the Mayo Health System to establish HR Advisors a consultancy practice providing HR solutions to small and mid-size organizations. He has broad hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources including employee relations, performance management, union relations and negotiations, employee development and team building. His philosophy is that business can best meet its objectives by creating a positive work environment thereby “aligning business and employees”.

Mr. Pruett earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and an M.S. at St. Cloud State University in Psychology and Counseling. He also has a BA in psychology and sociology at Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. His understanding of employee and business needs uniquely prepares him to assist companies in developing practical solutions to HR issues.

Wes Pruett is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and fully subscribes to its code of ethics and conduct.  The ICF is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards and providing independent certification.

Wes is also a Certified Retirement Coach (CRC) by Retirement Options the premier training program for retirement coaching.
