Wes Pruett, owner of HR Advisors LLC brings over 35 years of professional level HR experience helping business solve people-related challenges. Prior to forming HR Advisors he held a senior leadership role at Mayo Clinic Health System - Fairmont. Credentials include:

Courtney Cutler, SPHR

Courtney Cutler, consultant, has broad experience in human resources primarily in the health care, finance and manufacturing industries. She has over 22 years of professional human resources experience and 13 years with Mayo Clinic Health System.

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management and concentration in Human Resources, University of St. Thomas.
• Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR:) Society for Human Resources Management since 2001.
• Provides service in: recruiting, employee handbooks, policies, and compliance, benefit and compensation administration, employee and labor relations, and performance management.
